GTA Property Values is a service of The Othen Group (Jacquie Othen, Sales Representative, Real Broker Ontario Ltd., Brokerage). This page explains, in plain language, what we do with the information you give us.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the valuation form:

• Your property address
• Number of bedrooms
• Your timeline and how you're connected to the property
• Your name, phone number and email address

We also note which ad or link brought you to this page, so we know which of our marketing is working.

Why we collect it

To prepare your valuation and to contact you about it. A member of our team may call or email to confirm a few details and to send you the results.

Where it's stored

Your details are stored in our client management system (CRM), which only our team can access. We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside our team except the service providers we need to run the form and the CRM.
